Supporting the Family & Wedding divisions

The role involves the following:

• Answering phones and taking bookings for family photography and studio rental
• Welcoming clients to The Studio in a warm and friendly manner, offer refreshments and ensure they are comfortable whilst dealing with their booking/enquiry
• Call all shoots and viewings the day before to confirm their bookings
• Take family bookings and enquiries over phone / by email / walk-ins
• Ensure reception has brochures of our services and always has stock of gift vouchers
• Viewings / upselling to clients / showing them products
• On arrival ensure they are asked about drinks given books to look through and that you introduce them to their photographer
• Booking viewings with clients straight after their shoot, or calling them if they were unable to book on the day
• Making note of all cancellations and calling them to rebook
• Ensure ipad is kept up-to-date with images
• Make sure the ipad is set up for each client before shoot
• Ensuring delivery / collection of prints / images
• Chasing clients for outstanding orders
• Ensure family portrait clients pay booking fee and registrations pay in advance
• Customer experience ensuring the customer is happy throughout
• Work at events as and when needed
• Cross selling to registrations to family shoots
• Call Nursery contacts to book in for their family shoot
• Deal with engagement parties and wedding inquiries
• Social media – posting on facebook and instagram. Answering messages on the facebook page
