Watch this clever PR stunt that launched the IMG World of Adventures if you aren’t one of the 1m viewers whose already seen it:
Five dinosaurs arrived at the Jebel Ali Port from The Lost Valley, however, ‘big boy got away’ ( this was tweeted with the accompanying image of the ravaged cage from Dubai Docks) and then there were only four. Residents were told to keep an eye out for the ‘escaped’ dinosaur and hashtag #SpotTheDino, whilst the remaining captives were transported, escorted by the Dubai police and UAE military, to their new home at IMG’s World of Adventure.
Our photography team, Louise and Wilbur, were on hand to document the stunt, whilst Olivia worked alongside our sister company, Magnet, as the second producer on these film clips that were created.
IMG Worlds of Adventure is set to be the worlds’ largest indoor themed entertainment destination, able to host a massive 20, 000 visitors a day! 69 state-of-the-art dinosaurs. In a collaboration with Kokoro, the pioneering Japansese animatronics company, 69 state-of-the-art creatives of the Lost Valley have been created.
It’s built around four exciting zones, which span over 1,5 million square feet:
- IMG Bouveavrd
- Cartoon Network
- Lost Valley – Dinosaur Adventure
We’re definitely taking the team there soon – especially to try out the ’The Velociraptor’ – 100km per hour in 2.5 secs…we’re in!
